Trauma Intensives
You love your therapist, but you still feel a little stuck
You have done good work with your primary therapist, but you haven't gotten all the way to where you want to be. You have talked with your therapist, and it seems you may need a specialist to help with a particular piece of the puzzle. You are ready to take your work to the next level with support. In this intensive, we invite your therapist to join us for a day (or record the session if you prefer), so that they can learn and experience the work with you, and help you continue with the work when you return back to your normal sessions.
Maybe you...
Have done some effective EMDR processing, but you are stuck on certain memories that you can't fully process or certain bigger themes that still feel stuck
Have done some good parts work and have built trust with younger parts, but they still feel stuck in time, sad, unsafe, afraid, or burdened.
Your therapist thinks you could benefit from a particular modality or technique they are not trained in to move your trauma work to the next step, i.e. IFS, Unattached Burdens (UBs), Legacy Burdens (ancestral burdens), Early Trauma Protocol, preverbal EMDR, EMDR 2.0, Flash, etc.
What is a Joint Client/Therapist Trauma Intensive?
A one-day joint client/therapy intensive is an intensive where the client and therapist come together to work with me. The client gets the benefit of an intensive experience and targeted, advanced EMDR and/or IFS work; the therapist gets to learn new techniques or skills and take them back to continue working with their client.
Who is a Joint Client/Therapist Trauma Intensive For?
A one-day intensive therapy experience designed for clients who feel stuck and therapists who want additional support, specialized expertise, and continuity of care with an expert in IFS and EMDR. It is ideal for clients who already have an EMDR therapist or a therapist who does parts work, but they need help with an advanced technique or help to get past a stuck point.
