I am an experiential and somatic-focused therapist, and I am deeply trained in a variety of trauma processing modalities and tools.  I use deep listening, EMDR, IFS/parts work, hypnosis, and other somatic modalities to help my clients achieve profound and lasting change. I also incorporate ancestor work, energy work, and spiritual work if desired by clients. Focusing on somatic approaches means that we will likely spend time getting outside of your everyday, cognitive approach to problem-solving, and practicing accessing the wisdom in your body, nervous system, and inner knowing.  There will still be time for problem-solving and more cognitive approaches when it's helpful!
