Trauma Intensives in Atlanta, GA: Accelerated Healing using EMDR and IFS
Experience deep, concentrated transformation with custom-trauma therapy intensives in Buckhead
What is a Trauma Intensive?
In a trauma intensives, we work uninterrupted for several hour at a time, often for multiple days, using tools such as EMDR or IFS that are perfect for doing concentrated, deep, transformational work. This allows us to achieve in days what would take many months in a normal therapy setting. An intensive allows you to fully immerse yourself in healing without weekly life interruptions and without the constant going in and out of the "processing zone" that can happen with weekly therapy. In our trauma intensives, we choose the exact blend of our best tools, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic work, for deep and lasting healing.
