Trauma Intensives
Alpharetta Trauma Intensives:
Accelerated Healing for High-Functioning Professionals and Parents
Move past trauma, anxiety, and burnout in days, not months, with a high-impact therapy intensive tailored to your needs
What is an EMDR Intensive?
In therapy intensives, such as EMDR Intensives or IFS Intensives, we work uninterrupted for several hour at a time, often for multiple days. This allows us to achieve in days what would take many months in a normal therapy setting. An intensive allows you to fully immerse yourself in healing without weekly life interruptions and without the constant going in and out of the "processing zone" that can happen with weekly therapy. In our trauma intensives, we blend EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) for deep parts-work integration.
Who are these Intensives for?
Our EMDR and IFS Intensives are for busy professionals or active parents who want to compress months of therapeutic work into 1-3 days. They are for clients who have already done the insight work and are ready for high-impact, deeper work to transform the underlying automatic responses and nervous system dysregulation caused by complex PTSD, childhood wounds, and constant stress. If you are ready for something deeper than talk therapy, let's talk.
